Low-calorie Curry Mashed Potatoes

Prepare two potatoes, preferably the one with sand.

Cut the potatoes into small pieces, put them in a microwaveable container, add milk, curry powder, black pepper, cover with a layer of plastic wrap, and pierce a few small eyes with a toothpick.

When the mashed potatoes are done, add some salt while stirring.
