Low-calorie Thai Seafood Salad
1.
Prepare all the ingredients, you can choose the type of seafood as you like~ Use konjac shreds instead of fans for a lower card!
2.
Shred the onion and slice the cucumber, and soak them in cold water to make them more crispy.
3.
Cut the squid with a flower knife and cut into pieces~I use frozen shrimp and scallop meat. Refrigerate and thaw one night in advance~
4.
Bring the water to a boil, first blanch the konjac silk and drain; then blanch the seafood and drain.
Put all the seafood and konjac shreds in cold water for later use.
If you want to make the konjac more like a fan, you can untie the rubbing button like me~ or just ignore this step!
5.
Coriander, millet spicy, garlic are all chopped into a bowl, add "Totole" fresh clam seasoning, and mix well.
"Totole" fresh clams is a product that I only tried recently! For me who love the taste of seafood, I like to add some when making seafood salads and boiling seafood soup~ The mellow seafood can quickly stimulate my appetite, and it is full of deliciousness!
6.
Then add salt, honey, "Totole Original Flavor" soy sauce, squeeze in lemon juice, and add 15g of water to mix thoroughly to form a sauce.
7.
Drain all the ingredients and put them on a plate,
Just drizzle on the sauce and enjoy! Super low-calorie and super delicious!
Tips:
When the ingredients are on the plate, be sure to control the dry water as much as possible, otherwise the taste of the sauce will be diluted!
