Low Sugar and Low Oil Matcha Biscuits

Prepare the ingredients and melt the butter in water.

Stir the eggs, add sugar and salt successively, and melt them (the temperature is high in summer, which is easier to handle, and it can be replaced with powdered sugar in winter).

Add melted butter to the egg mixture.

Sift in the low powder and matcha powder.

Mix it up with your hands while stirring. If it is too thin, add a small amount of low powder.

Sprinkle some raisins.

My biscuits don't have a mold, so I wrap the dough in a long cylindrical shape with plastic wrap, and freeze it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes until it solidifies.

Take it out of the refrigerator, cut into pieces of the same thickness, and place them in a baking tray lined with greased paper.

Put it in the middle of the preheated oven, 180 degrees for 16 minutes. According to their own oven temper. When it is almost time, you can break a small piece of biscuits and taste it. The middle is ripe and a bit soft. It hardens after cooling. Don't bake it for too long, or it will become a baby's teeth stick.
