[lu Cai]: Braised Shrimp in Oil

First, remove the shrimps and feet, and wash the sandbag glands.

Use a toothpick to pick out the shrimp thread.

Mince the green onion, ginger and garlic and set aside.

Put the oil in a pot on the fire and heat until 50% hot, and stir in the chives, ginger, garlic and minced.

Pour in the shrimp and fry until the color is red, and the shrimp oil is released.

Cook the cooking wine, add salt, sugar, and broth to a boil.

Bring to a boil and change to low heat. Cover the pot and simmer for about 3 minutes.

Turn to medium heat and collect the juice to dry slightly. Pour a few drops of balsamic vinegar from the heat.
