I'm at home alone, I don't want to cook, and I don't want to eat soaking face-to-face. After thinking about it for a while, I will come up with a lazy way to make the vegetable rice together, which is fast, simple and nutritious. Post it here, if you want to be lazy someday, you can also give it a try, ha ha"

Ingredients

Lunch for One Person

Tips:

If you use a rice cooker, it will be more convenient.

It is best to use an electric pressure cooker. Soak the rice for half an hour in advance. Water and rice will be fine. The rice cooked in that way is very strong and I like it the most. Those who like to eat hard rice can use this method.

Some children in my family use ordinary pressure cookers at home. The rice is relatively soft and suitable for children’s appetite.
