Lunch for One Person-fried Rice with Shrimp and Asparagus

Peel off the shell of the shrimp, remove the gut, wash and cut into small pieces, and chop the ham into cubes.

Remove the old roots of the asparagus, wash and cut diagonally into inch pieces, peel off the horseshoes, wash and cut into cubes, and dice the chives.

Shrimp and asparagus are blanched separately, and the eggs are fried.
