Luncheon Meat and Vegetable Casserole
1.
Wash the kale and set aside
2.
Fill the casserole with more than half of water. Of course it would be better if there is broth. Unfortunately not today.
3.
Cut the luncheon meat into chunks and put it on a plate with the horseshoe bought in the supermarket.
4.
Put the luncheon meat and horseshoes in a wok, put cold water into the pot, turn on a high fire to bring the water to a boil, and then turn it to a low fire.
5.
Slowly add the washed kale into the casserole and simmer together. Because the casserole is not very large, put it in slowly. Add appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence. Cook until you smell the aroma of the vegetables and turn off the heat.
Tips:
1 Do not use too much water.
2 After turning off the heat, you can add appropriate sesame oil or pepper oil to make it more flavorful.
