There was half a piece of luncheon meat left when the egg noodles were cooked last time. Although it is a canned product, it has a longer shelf life, but I still want to eat it sooner after it is opened. After much deliberation, I still think it’s the most convenient to use fried rice! It is best to use cold rice for fried rice, so I cooked the rice one day in advance and refrigerated it for the whole night.

Luncheon Meat Fried Rice

1. Pour mixed vegetables into the pot and cook

2. Pour the eggs into the pan and fry them

3. Diced luncheon meat, pour into the wok and fry until slightly charred on both sides

4. Pour the rice into the pot and scatter

5. Pour in the mixed vegetables and stir-fry evenly

6. Pour in salt, light soy sauce to taste

7. Pour in luncheon meat and stir fry evenly

8. Add a handful of chopped green onion before starting the pan

9. Fry evenly at the end

Tips:

1. The luncheon meat itself is relatively salty, so wait until the salt is added before pour
2. The eggs can also be poured directly into the rice and fried together
3. I fry the eggs in a small milk pan first.
