Wash the broccoli and break the flowers.

Add water and a small amount of salt to a boil, and the broccoli flowers are cooked.

Put the blanched broccoli in a bowl, add an appropriate amount of Lee Kum Kee cold sauce to marinate for a while

Insert the delicious broccoli flowers into the tofu slices one by one. (The roots of the flowers should be trimmed as sharp as possible so that they can be easily fixed)

Tips:
1. Add salt and blanch broccoli in the pot to keep the bright color of the dish.
2. Hot pot tofu is sold in large supermarkets, 2.50 a piece, a bit like ham sausage.
3. If you don't have Lee Kum Kee cold sauce, you can mix it with light soy sauce, salt, sugar, chili oil, and garlic.
