Pick the spinach, cut off in the middle, and wash

Blanch the washed spinach in water. Spinach is easy to cook

Prepare a basin of cold water, put the blanched spinach directly in the cold water

Spinach is dried to control moisture, add a small amount of monosodium glutamate, oil, and salt to stir

Cut dried chilies into grains.

Boil dry in a clean pot, add appropriate amount of cooking oil, add pepper and sliced chili diced in the cold oil in a hot pot, stir fry for a fragrance and turn off the heat. If you like, you can add ginger and stir fry together, because I didn’t add ginger when I made it at night.
