Mackerel Balls

Two pieces of fresh mackerel, when I bought it, I asked the seller to kill it for me.

Use a spoon to scrape the fish according to the texture of the fish.

The thorns can be removed by hand.

Put the scraped fish into a large basin, add salt, oil, turmeric powder, water, cornstarch and use a whisk to start the gel.

Tips:
1. When squeezing fish balls, grab a handful of fish mud with one hand, squeeze it out with your hand, and then dig it out with a spoon soaked in water and put it into the pot.
2. Other oils can be used, but sesame oil is more fragrant, and turmeric powder is added to remove the smell.
3. When eating, it can be hot pot, stir-fry, etc.
