Wash the potatoes, peel them, slice them, and steam them in a steamer for 25 minutes.

After being steamed, take the potatoes out and let cool, at a temperature of about 40 degrees, and mash them in a bowl.

After mashing the potatoes into mashed potatoes, add 50 ml of pure milk + 15 grams of flour + a little salt, and mix well.
