Mai Xiang Pork Ribs

1. Cut the ribs into small pieces.

2. Put it in the water to rinse off the blood.

3. Remove and drain the water, add salt, eggs, and starch to sizing.

4. Soak the wheat kernels in warm water for 2 hours in advance and steam them in a steamer.

5. The mashed ribs are dipped in steamed wheat kernels.
