Make A Pot of Braised Pork with Dried Bamboo Shoots
1.
Prepare the materials.
2.
Put the pork belly and cook for about 5-6 minutes. Cut the soaked bamboo shoots and pork belly into pieces for later use.
3.
Add appropriate amount of oil to the pot, heat up, add ginger slices, pepper, cinnamon, star anise, and stir fry for a fragrance.
4.
Pour in the cut pieces of meat, add light soy sauce, soy sauce, and five-spice powder at the same time.
5.
Stir fry, stir fry non-stop to prevent sticking to the pan.
6.
Fry until the meat is evenly colored. You can see the feeling of refining oil in the pot.
7.
Add hot water flush with the meat, pour in the dried bamboo shoots, sprinkle with garlic cloves of green onion, cover the pot and cook on medium-low heat for about 30 minutes. Remember to shake the pot a few times in the middle to prevent the bottom from getting muddy.
8.
After opening the lid, stir-fry the meat and dried bamboo shoots as much as possible. The meat here is a bit rotten. Use force to break the meat. Cook on low heat for 10 minutes to collect the juice. If there is no water in the pot, you can do it again. Just pour a little hot water around the side of the pot to collect the juice.
Tips:
1. The dried bamboo shoots should be fully soaked as much as possible, otherwise they will not bite after being prepared.
2. It is best to add enough water at one time. Pay attention to the sound inside the pot. The sound will be different when it is about to boil dry. Remember to shake the pot halfway.
3. You can adjust the cooking time according to the softness of the meat you like.
