Make Golden and Crispy Pork Chops Full of Happiness-parent-child Pork Chop Rice
1.
Cut the pork loin into slices about 1cm thick.
2.
Beat the meat on both sides with a meat hammer or the back of a knife until it becomes thinner and larger.
3.
Add salt, pepper, and cooking wine to a plate and marinate for a few minutes.
4.
Take three larger plates, respectively fill with ordinary flour, beaten egg liquid, and bread crumbs.
5.
Dip the marinated meat steak with ordinary flour, shake off the excess flour, wrap in the egg liquid, and evenly dip it with a layer of bread crumbs, put it in a pan and fry it over medium-low heat.
6.
Vegetables to match: cut cabbage into strips, shred carrots, and cut broccoli into small florets.
7.
Add a proper amount of oil to the pot. When the oil is hot, fry the chives first, then add the cabbage and stir fry.
8.
Stir-fry the cabbage until the juice becomes soft and then pour the carrots into the stir-fry.
9.
After adding broccoli, add salt and season the chicken essence.
Tips:
1. Pour the vegetables on the rice when eating, then cut the pork chop into strips and sprinkle a little shredded seaweed, white sesame seeds and a little pork floss for garnish.
2. When frying pork chops, do not overheat, and fry slowly over medium and small heat.
3. You can choose the vegetables you like at will.
