Make Your Own Clean and Hygienic Fish Tofu

The fish is cleaned and set aside.

Cut the fish into sections, add the cooking wine, salt, green onion and ginger to remove fishy and marinate for 20 minutes.

Remove the green onion and ginger, pour out the excess water, and place it in a meat grinder to grind into a delicate meat paste.
