Malaysian Cantonese Fried Mandarin Duck

Add the pho and soy sauce and stir-fry thoroughly.

Fry the rice noodles in high temperature and hot oil until fluffy, remove them and place them on the noodles.

Saute the pork belly slices, stir-fry the garlic froth, add boiling water after seasoning.

Add green vegetables, fresh shrimp, and starch to thicken until thick.

The soup is poured on the rice noodles to allow the rice noodles to fully absorb the soup.
Tips:
Fried rice noodles must be high temperature, and immediately remove them when they are fluffy. The rice noodles have a unique taste after being deep-fried. This is also the most special part of this Malaysian stir-fried noodles.
