Mandeville and Wenlock Chive Soda Crackers

Weigh the yeast, salt, soda, milk, and wash the chives.

Sift the flour and set aside.

Heat the milk in a basin, then add the yeast and stir to melt.

Finely chop the chives.

Add oil, salt, soda, and chives together and stir well.

Put the flour and knead the Yang dough for 10 minutes.

Prepare samples of Wenlock and Mandeville.

Roll the dough into a thin crust.

Put the sample on the dough and use a knife to carve out the pattern. Be patient.

Rub the five rings and numbers together, put them in a baking tray, and poke a small hole with a toothpick. Use watermelon seeds for eyes.
