Mango Black Rice with Coconut Milk

Soak the black rice in water overnight

Wash the taro, peel and cut into cubes

Wash the soaked black rice and put it in a rice cooker, add taro and appropriate amount of water, and press the cooking button (water rice is almost enough to cook rice in normal times)

The cooked black rice is put in a small bowl and pressed firmly

Mango peeled, cored and cut into chunks
6.
Pour the pressed black rice into the plate

Put mango around and pour in coconut milk. If you like ice, you can let the black rice cool and add the chilled coconut milk. It’s cool in summer.
