Mango Coconut Cake

Bring the water to a boil, add the sugar, turn off the heat when the sugar melts, pour in coconut milk and milk and stir well (I didn't buy coconut milk, use coconut milk instead)

Then pour the isinglass powder (pour into a bowl and dissolve with cold water) while stirring, cook until the isinglass powder melts, turn off the heat and set aside

Cut the prepared mangoes into cubes. Since I bought small mangoes, I prepared about 7 mangoes.

Finally, pour the freshly cooked coconut milk layer into the plate, then put the mango into it, put it in the freezer of the refrigerator for about 40 minutes, and take it out (don’t leave it too long, otherwise it will freeze)
