Mango Ebony Rice
1.
Clean the leaves of the southern candle and wash the dead branches and rotten leaves.
2.
Add doubled water in the food processor to make a juice.
3.
After filtering the residue from the black leaf juice with a strainer, put it in the glutinous rice and soak in the refrigerator overnight.
4.
Cook rice in an electric rice cooker or steam it in a pot for 30 minutes, and the amount of water is equal to the glutinous rice.
5.
Just sprinkle with sugar when you eat it. It tastes better when eaten cold and has a delicate fragrance.
6.
Now put the ebony rice in a small bowl and press it upside down on the plate. Cut the mango into large pieces and place it next to it.
7.
Sprinkle some sugar on the ebony rice, heat the coconut milk with sugar and a little salt, and top with the delicious mango ebony rice.
Tips:
The beaten black leaf juice can be stored in a bottle in the refrigerator and can be made next time.
