Mango Pumpkin Puree
1.
Ingredients: 50 grams of mango, 70 grams of pumpkin, a few drops of walnut oil
2.
Wash the pumpkin, slice it, and steam in a steamer for 10 minutes.
3.
Dice the mango.
4.
Boil the mangoes in boiling water for 20 seconds. The purpose of blanching mangoes is to deactivate polyphenol oxidase and prevent the mangoes from turning black during the mashing process. Although blanching will lose part of the vitamin C, if the water is not blanched, the oxidase will also destroy the vitamin C.
5.
Put the pumpkin and mango into the food processor, add a few drops of walnut oil, and puree them. 🌻Tips: Drop a few drops of walnut oil to increase the aroma, which can be omitted. As long as you eat other fat-containing foods, the puree is made without oil and does not hinder the absorption and utilization of carotene.
6.
Mango pumpkin puree is complete. Pumpkin and mango have natural sweetness, no extra seasoning is needed.
