Mango Salsa-a New Way to Eat Mangoes

After cutting the mango, cut the flesh as shown

Remove the pulp and cut into small pieces

Onion diced

Chili diced

Put mango, onion and pepper in a bowl, pour in some olive oil, and squeeze in lemon juice

Add salt and black pepper and stir well

Finally, add chopped coriander and mix well.
Tips:
Choose mangoes with thin skin, less silk, sweet taste, and softer ones. I use yellow pakistani mango.
If the mango itself is not that sweet, it is recommended to reduce the amount of lemon juice as appropriate.
