The pleasing glutinous rice with mango coconut milk is a classic Thai dessert, and there are also such special dessert snacks in Southeast Asia and even in Hainan, my country. After the sweet and sour mango is combined with the glutinous rice soaked in coconut milk, the sourness of the mango is melted by the sweetness of the glutinous rice. Mango Sticky Rice

1. Soak glutinous rice for 2-3 hours.

2. Soak the glutinous rice to control water, add 50g coconut milk, add 0.5g salt, and stir.

3. After stirring, steam for 20-30 minutes in separate water. Stir the steamed glutinous rice, and the rice will regain its granular shape after it has cooled down.
