Mango Yogurt Shake

After removing the cores of the mango foreskin, mash it into a puree and serve.

Cut the sugarcane into small pieces and strain the juice for later use.

Add sugar and sugar cane juice to the puree and mix well.

Add 130 grams of yogurt. Stir well.
5.
Add 100 grams of milk. Stir well.
6.
Add a few drops of lemon juice and mix well.
7.
Inhale the yogurt with a straw, let it fall naturally and draw it into a flower.
Tips:
1. Because there is a bit of sugar cane at home, sugar cane juice is added.
2. Because I am losing weight, I use skimmed milk, preferably whole milk;
3. Both yogurt and milk can be increased or decreased;
Note: The sugarcane juice must be filtered, otherwise it will be difficult to drink.
