Mantis Shrimp with Tempeh

Ingredients: mantis shrimp (washed), sliced ginger, green onion, tempeh

Put the cleaned mantis shrimp into a pot of clean water, and add an appropriate amount of cooking wine.

Bring to a boil until cooked, remove.
