Mao's Braised Pork

Cut pork belly into pieces for later use

Pour oil in the pot and heat it to 70% hot

Add pork belly and deep fry until it changes color

Add dried chili, star anise, cinnamon, bay leaves, garlic cloves, ginger slices, shallot roots and stir-fry evenly
