Mapo Tofu

Cut tofu and set aside

When the frying pan is hot, pour in the minced meat and stir fry

Then pour in the cut tofu, add some bean paste and Lao Gan Ma, and cook it for a while

Then add a little water starch to thicken it and it can be out of the pot

Just add some green onions when it comes out of the pot
Tips:
Do not shovel the tofu when it is in the pot, it is easy to break, just flip the pot slightly
