Mapo Tofu

Slice the garlic cloves, shred the ginger, and fry until fragrant

Put minced beef in the pot

Stir-fry the ground beef until fragrant

Add bean paste, oyster sauce, a little dark soy sauce, chili oil, pepper oil, a little chili pepper, and stir fry

Add water, cover and simmer for a while

Put tofu in the pot (you can blanch the tofu before putting it in, I didn’t blanch it this time for simplicity), add salt and chicken essence

Don't stir fry the tofu too hard, so as not to break it, add water, cover the pot to simmer the tofu, add water, starch, thicken, and add green onions
8.
Gently pick up the tofu, pour the remaining sauce and minced beef on the tofu
