Mapo Tofu

Prepare ingredients

Cut tofu into pieces and set aside

Scallions, garlic, chopped into minced pieces

Add salt, five-spice powder, light soy sauce, oil consumption, sugar to a bowl of purified water in an empty bowl, stir evenly and set aside. It doesn't matter if you have more water, you can harvest the juice in the end.

Heat up the pan and cook oil, sauté the shallots and garlic.

Stir fry with pepper powder and chili noodles to create a fragrant flavor

Pour the sauce and boil

Pour in the soft tofu and boil, turn to low heat and simmer for 3 minutes

Add water starch to thicken as thick as you like.
