Mapo tofu is a very simple home-cooked dish, I guess many people like it!

Mapo Tofu

1. Cut the tofu and green onions, and prepare the condiments.

2. After the oil is hot, add dried chili, pepper, and bean paste and stir-fry evenly.

3. Put the tofu in, and be careful not to fry the tofu into pieces.

4. Stir fry with oil, Chinese pepper oil, extremely fresh, five-spice powder, and pepper.

5. Add chopped green onion and stir fry to start the pot.

Tips:

Because the bean paste is very salty, so I didn't add salt. This is adjusted according to personal taste.
