Mapo Tofu

Cut the tofu into small cubes, mince the garlic, shred the green pepper, and cut the green onion into small pieces.

Tips:
Shrimp skin powder plays the role of freshness, and it is served with dried shrimp skins and blender. It is NO.1 for calcium supplementation.
