Mapo Tofu

Prepare the ingredients and cut the tofu into cubes of about 1.5 cm

Pour clean water into the pot, add a little salt to a boil, add tofu and blanch for 2 minutes

Heat a frying pan, pour a little cooking oil, add minced pork and a little rice wine, stir fry until the color changes

Heat the Taji pot on low heat, pour in some cooking oil, add minced garlic and stir fry until fragrant

Then add 2 tablespoons of Pixian bean paste and 1 tablespoon of bean paste, stir fry over low heat to get the red oil

Add the minced pork after the sauce is fragrant

Remove the tofu cubes from the pot, put them in the tagine pot and stir-fry gently with a spatula

Add appropriate amount of salt, sugar, pour in a little light soy sauce, cook for 3-4 minutes, sprinkle a little pepper powder and chives before serving
