Mapo Tofu

The minced pork with tender tofu is ready.

Soften tofu, green onion, ginger, and red pepper are changed to a knife and set aside (forgot to remove the minced pork and thaw it in advance, and cut it into pieces with a knife)

Heat oil in a pan, add green onion, ginger, red pepper and stir fry.

Pour in the minced meat and stir fry to change the color.

Add soybean paste, bean paste, chili powder, stir-fry well and add water.

Pour in tofu and boil the red soup with water starch.

Simmer for seven or eight minutes on high heat to collect the juice, use a spatula to gently move it to prevent the pot, add salt to season it out of the pot.

Sprinkle a little chopped green onion to make it delicious.

Tips:
If the old tofu can be blanched in water to remove the beany flavor, the tender tofu can be simmered for a while, I wish you a happy one!
