Mapo Tofu
1.
Wash the green onion, ginger, garlic and chili, and chop into minced pieces. Dice cooked beef. Cut the tofu into small pieces!
2.
Add oil to the pot and heat, add the chopped green onion, ginger, garlic and chopped red pepper, and stir fry, then add the bean paste and sauté until fragrant, add appropriate amount of minced beef and stir-fry until cooked.
3.
Add appropriate amount of water to boil, then add tofu, add appropriate amount of sugar, add a little soy sauce, and cook for 3 to 5 minutes! Add appropriate amount of salt and pepper, then thicken the starch with water, add an appropriate amount of chicken essence, and transfer to the plate.
4.
Heat oil in the pot, add appropriate amount of pepper, pour the hot oil on the tofu after the oil is hot!
Tips:
Because no photos were taken when cooking today, so there are no pictures, only words to describe! I originally used pork, but because I didn't buy it, and there was still cooked beef at home, I replaced it with minced beef, which tasted pretty good! If you like it, try it yourself!
