Every time I don’t want to eat, my mother will cook this dish for me. Now that I live alone, I will cook this dish when I don’t want to eat. It can not only be used as a meal, The most important thing is that there is a smell of hemp inside.

Mapo Tofu

1. Cut green onion into chopped green onion, mince ginger, slice garlic, cut dried chili into cubes

2. Cut tofu into small pieces about 1cm square

3. Boil a pot of water, add the tofu and leave the water for 1-2 minutes, then take it out and put it in cold water to cool for later use

4. Heat a proper amount of oil in a pot on high heat, pour in shallots, ginger, garlic and stir fry until fragrant, then add pork and stir fry until half cooked, about 2-3 minutes

5. Add dried chilies and stir-fry the bean paste

6. Then pour in tofu and some water

7. When the soup is boiling, add light soy sauce, salt and sugar, stir well, and cook for 1-2 minutes

8. Finally add the gorgon juice, cook until the soup becomes thick, add a small amount of sesame oil to taste, serve
