Prepare the raw materials

Boil a small pot of water, add tofu to blanch after the water is boiled

Add garlic, minced ginger, one spoon of cooking wine, one spoon of light soy sauce, half a spoon of dark soy sauce, two spoons of bean paste, pepper, chili sauce and saute until fragrant

Add the soup, pour in tofu, and simmer over medium heat

When the juice is harvested, adjust the starch, thicken, add salt and chicken essence

Sprinkle with chopped green onion
Tips:
Tofu must choose soft tofu, tofu must be blanched, and finally thickened
