Mapo Tofu

Chop the green onion and ginger into a small plate and set aside.

Slowly toast the peppercorns over a low heat to fragrant. Then use a kitchen knife to crush into pieces for later use.

Cut the tofu into square pieces.

Boil the tofu in lightly salted water for 3 minutes, remove it and soak it in a hot tub for later use.

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, add green onions, ginger, and minced garlic, stir-fry, then add bean paste, minced pepper, a little soy sauce and minced meat, stir fry until fragrant, add the hot tofu, stir fry several times, add a small amount of water and cook for 3 minutes That's it. Note: People who eat chili can put appropriate amount of chili powder.

Take the fried Mapo tofu out of the pot and sprinkle a little bit of minced pepper and chopped green onion to finish.
