My husband likes to eat Mapo tofu, but he is not very spicy, and he is afraid of eating peppercorns, so I improved it and it is suitable for friends who are not very spicy

Mapo Tofu

1. Blanch the lactone tofu

2. Mince garlic and ginger and set aside; cut beef into mince; fry dried chili and pepper in the frying pan until the color changes, remove the chili and pepper; add the minced garlic and ginger to the frying pan and add 1 spoon of Pixian red bean paste, add beef Stir-fry, add soy sauce and cooking wine to taste

Tips:

Use more oil and beef.
If you like spicy hemp, you can add 2 tablespoons of Pixian bean paste, add minced pepper before serving, the color will be better
