Mapo Tofu

Soak the tofu in warm water.

Dice it.

Prepare the ingredients.

Fry the garlic, black pepper, chili and Lao Gan Ma again.

Add appropriate amount of water to a boil, add tofu, add salt and soy sauce and stir fry again when the heat is stuffy until the juice is almost collected. After the juice is collected, it can be out of the pot.

Tips:
It is not suitable to add a lid when stuffing tofu. The stuffed tofu with a lid is very rough and not tender. The stuffed tofu over medium heat will be more delicious and very tender.
