Mapo Tofu

1. Prepare the bean paste, tempeh, and garlic sprouts.

2. Rinse the minced meat a little, drain and set aside.

3. Tofu cut into pieces, salted and boiled in dark soy sauce.

4. Heat the pan, stir-fry the minced pork with oil, add the bean paste and stir-fry the tempeh until fragrant.

5. Season with water.

6. Put the tofu in the water and cook for a while. To thicken, add the pepper oil and use a spoon to push evenly into the plate and sprinkle the garlic sprouts.

Tips:

The iron should be slightly salty. Do not cook the tofu for too long or it will lose its tenderness.
