Mapo Tofu

Prepare the bean paste, tempeh, and garlic sprouts.

Rinse the minced meat a little, drain and set aside.

Tofu cut into pieces, salted and boiled in dark soy sauce.

Heat the pan, stir-fry the minced pork with oil, add the bean paste and stir-fry the tempeh until fragrant.

Season with water.

Put the tofu in the water and cook for a while. To thicken, add the pepper oil and use a spoon to push evenly into the plate and sprinkle the garlic sprouts.
Tips:
The iron should be slightly salty. Do not cook the tofu for too long or it will lose its tenderness.
