Mapo Tofu

Cut the tofu into pieces, blanch it in boiling water and remove it for later use.

Put edible oil in the pot. When the oil is hot, add the peppercorns and fry them until they are fragrant. Remove them and discard them. Then add the minced garlic, chopped green onion and Xiangqi bean paste to fry until fragrant, and then add the minced chili and Sichuan. Tianjiao (other chili peppers are fine too) stir-fry the aroma and put a proper amount of water.

Put the tofu in the pot and slowly push the tofu or the tofu will fall apart. Bring to a boil on high heat, thicken the soup, and make it into a plate.
