Mapo Tofu

Diced tofu;

Heat oil in a pan, add ground meat and sauté until fragrant;

Add cooking wine, minced garlic and minced ginger and stir fry until fragrant;
4.
Add bean paste and sauté until fragrant, add water to boil;
5.
Add tofu and simmer;
6.
Add salt and soy sauce and simmer.
Tips:
1. Tofu diced blanched water can get rid of part of the beany flavor.
