Mapo Tofu

Cut the tofu into small cubes, mince garlic, shred green pepper, and cut green onion into small pieces;

Pour in a small bowl of water, bring to a boil, add tofu;

Stir slightly, add salt, dried shrimp skin powder, sugar, and soy sauce to a boil;

Collect the juice and spread it with green onions. (Do not stir excessively with a spoon during the whole process, so as not to break the tofu)
