Mapo Tofu (insulation Pot Version)

After buying the tofu, use a little salt to spread evenly on the upper and lower sides, leave it for more than 1 hour or overnight, and refrigerate overnight.

Wash the tofu, drain the water, cut into small pieces, and put it in a thermos cup.

Pour in hot water to preheat, fill up the lid, shake gently from side to side, and let stand for 15 minutes

Put water in the pot, add salt and soy sauce

Add Lao Gan Ma, mix well and boil

Mix with starch and some water, while stirring, pour in the starch water, boil it into a thick paste and turn off the heat

Pour the water out of the thermos cup.

Pour the boiled spicy sauce into a thermos cup, close the lid, shake it gently, and let it stand for at least 15 minutes.

Pour the tofu and juice out of the bowl and sprinkle with coriander.
Tips:
1. Laoganma chili sauce is more suitable for children and southern friends. If you like more spicy, you can substitute other chili sauces.
