Marble Cake with Orange Sake
1.
Mix the flour and baking powder evenly.
2.
Take another basin and beat the soft butter.
3.
Add sugar in two batches and stir evenly at high speed.
4.
Then add vanilla sugar and salt and mix well on high speed.
5.
Beat in the first egg and stir at high speed for at least half a minute.
6.
Add the remaining eggs like this, stirring at high speed for at least half a minute each time.
7.
Add the flour to the butter-egg dough in two batches and mix well at medium speed. Add another two spoons of Sake and mix well.
8.
Divide the dough into two portions. Add dripping oranges to one serving. Add cocoa powder, 2 scoops of Sake, and 2 scoops of coconut powder to one serving.
9.
Mix both doughs well.
10.
Grease the clock mold with butter. Either pour all the light-colored dough, and then pour all the dark-colored dough. Either half the light color first, then half the dark color, then half the light color and finally the dark color. After each time you pour the dark-colored dough, use a small fork, like the earth, to "revolve" along the cake mold and to "rotate" from top to bottom at the same time. This process is called "marbling" by the Germans.
11.
After all the dough is poured in, smooth the surface. Put it in the preheated oven, 160 degrees, 50 minutes.
12.
The lines on the surface of the baked dough can be clearly seen.
13.
Heat the chocolate to melt in water, pour it on the cake, sprinkle some coconut powder, and wait until it cools down.
