Margarita Cookie Ball

Melt 80g of animal butter at room temperature, add 60g of powdered sugar, and manually whit it for later use.

Mix 100g of low flour with 100g of cornstarch, sieve twice, and mix well with butter.

Crush the two boiled egg yolks through a sieve and mix with the butter low powder, and mix well.

Knead the above mixture into a dough (you can add a little milk to help form a dough), wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for one hour.

Take out the dough and knead it into small balls of uniform size. Preheat the oven at 200° for ten minutes, and bake at 170° for 20 minutes. Take out the whole egg yolk, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and bake for another five minutes.
