The butter is softened and beaten, then pour in sugar and salt and stir the cooked egg yolk through a sieve, low powder and baking powder through a sieve, then mix the noodles, refrigerate for an hour, and then divide into small balls and press your fingers, the pattern will come out.

Preheat the oven at 165°C, and bake the middle layer at 160°C for 15 minutes.

It must be light when baked, otherwise it is fragile!
Tips:
The egg yolk must be sieved!
