Marinating is a traditional Shanghai special dish. It is mainly cooked with bacon, herring, sliced bamboo shoots and sliced shiitake mushrooms. The seasoning uses bad oil. The soup is delicious and has a light smell. It is delicious.

Tips:

1. Bacon and salted fish are different in saltiness. If it is too salty, soak some of the saltiness in clear water before cooking. You can cook the bacon in advance to reduce the cooking time.
2. If you don't need glutinous oil, you can use glutinous salt
3. This dish is very delicious, do not add chicken essence or other seasoning
