Prepare shiitake mushrooms, bacon and salted herring

Boil the bacon in a pot under cold water, then cook for 15 minutes, then turn it on, add the fish pieces, and boil.

Wash the bacon and cut into pieces

Tips:
1. Bacon and salted fish are different in saltiness. If it is too salty, soak some of the saltiness in clear water before cooking. You can cook the bacon in advance to reduce the cooking time.
2. If you don't need glutinous oil, you can use gravy
3. This dish is very delicious, do not add chicken essence or other seasoning
